Gary has a knack for simplifying complex information — a skill that comes in handy in his role as director of the firm’s Business Valuation Department and leader of the Manufacturing segment. He joined Froehling Anderson in 1984, and has focused his practice on business valuation and litigation support since 1995. He is accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to perform business valuations and serves clients in several industries.
Gary’s clients — primarily small business owners — tend to wear a lot of hats. “Sometimes they just don’t have the time to put on the right one,” he says. “And that is where I can help.” His approach centers on learning about their business: their processes, technology and passions.
When asked why he loves his job, he boils it down to this: “My clients are great people. I do things for them because I genuinely like them.”
For Gary, his favorite hats to wear are those of father and husband. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing, and camping.
