We conduct Client Surveys on a 3-year cycle. The honest feedback that the surveys provide helps us to better serve our clients and ensure we are meeting their needs and expectations.
Client Advisory Board
We host an intimate group of CEOs from current clients to participate in quarterly round-table discussions. The Client Advisory Board is a networking opportunity for our clients while influencing the direction of the firm and providing us with candid feedback regarding our current and future service offerings.
Niche Advisory Board
We facilitate a Manufacturing Advisory Board at the Froehling Anderson office, bringing together some of the brightest leaders in Minnesota manufacturing. The board provides us with great insight and connects our clients to key contacts within the industry. We are currently in the process of forming a Real Estate Advisory Board that will be a great resource to us and our clients.
FA University
Our staff enrolls in a skill conditioning program the day they become part of the Froehling Anderson team. The training program includes instruction in the areas of audit, accounting, tax, technology, personal development and marketing. We believe in investing for the future.
